Personal Statement:
"Since starting in the profession I have worked for
small, medium and large practices, in
My expertise has
taken me all over Britain, often dealing with sensitive planning issues in both
town and country, and I have been employed by a diverse range of individuals
and organisations, national and international companies and even on one
occasion, a Saudi Arabian Prince. The idea for this website developed out of an
appreciation of how complex the planning system can be for the lay person. It
is not that easy to understand for professionals either! I have endeavoured to
try and simplify (or at least demystify) as far as possible and provide helpful
links to guide you through the various processes and procedures. I hope you find
this website of assistance. Ian”
