The following are a
short list of relevant Government publications that may assist you in
progressing your planning application. They may be obtained from HMSO Bookshops
but are also contained within the ENCYCLOPEDIA OF PLANNING LAW & PRACTICE
published by Sweet & Maxwell, which you may find available in main
libraries.
Many can also be viewed online at the ODPM website.
Circulars and Planning Policy Guidance Notes
and Statements provide interpretation and elaboration of Government Guidance
and are taken into account in assessing planning applications and appeals.
