MAKING A DOMESTIC PLANNING APPLICATION
CHANGE OF USE
As the
phrase describes, you can apply for a change of use of any land and premises
and the planning permission is treated as a full planning application.
You
do not need to apply for a change of use where the premises will remain in
residential use: e.g. "Change of Use of Lounge to Bedroom".
However, where land or premises is to be used in part or wholly for business
