PLANNING APPEALS
WHO
MAY APPEAL?
The only person entitled to make an appeal is you, the APPLICANT; ie
the person noted on the planning application form as the person or firm on
who's behalf the planning application was made - not the AGENT, who may have
actually filled in and submitted the forms for you.
You now become the APPELLANT - although you can use agents again to
prepare for and conduct the appeal on your behalf. At the end of the day it is
your name that appears on the decision notice.
