AGRICULTURAL BUILDINGS AND OPERATIONS
CALCULATIONS
The
area to be calculated comprises the ground area which would be covered by the
proposed development AND the ground area of any building (other than a
dwelling), structure, works, plant, machinery, ponds or tanks within the same
unit that are being provided as part of the development, or have been provided
within that unit in the last two years and are within 90m of the proposed
development.
The
400 metres requirement is to be measured along the ground.
