CLASS A DEVELOPMENT
Further Conditions
If
you have been able to satisfy the requirements for CLASS A permitted
development the following conditions also apply:-
any
building, structure, excavation or works that you propose to carry out, that
are within 400 metres of a protected
building, must not be used
for the accommodation of livestock. Except;
where the
development proposed involves the extraction or removal of minerals (including
removals from any disused railway embankment), the mineral must not be moved
away from the agricultural unit.
waste
materials must not be brought onto the unit except to provide a hard surface,
or directly in connection with the erection, extension or alteration of a
building (ie hardcore for sub bases etc).
